Why unlimited traffic matters
On heavy jobs the traffic allowance runs out sooner than the term does. Catalog scraping, database checking and multi-threaded automation move gigabytes of data, and with per-gigabyte billing traffic becomes a separate line in your budget.
Unlimited here refers to traffic: you can push as many gigabytes through the pool as your job needs. A package is limited by threads, that is, simultaneous connections, and that is the number to watch.
Features of unlimited proxies
Traffic is not metered on any package: the only limits are the thread count and the term. Rotation covers 12,000 to 15,000 private IPv4 addresses from various countries (worldmix).

Unlimited proxies: no traffic limit, only a thread limit
Paying per gigabyte makes a project budget unpredictable: a heavy page full of images uses several times more traffic than a light JSON response, so the bill depends on which targets you happen to visit. Unlimited traffic removes that question entirely, and you plan by the amount of work you need done.
There is still a limit, but it applies to something else. Each package has its own thread count (the number of simultaneous connections), and that number decides how much parallel load your software can run. Buying two packages does not merge their threads: each one keeps its own thread limit.
One detail comes up more often than any other. When two of your IPs are bound to a package, the allowed thread count is split between them. If you work from two machines, plan the load so that their combined threads stay within the package limit.

How to set up unlimited proxies
To get access, bind the IP of the server or home computer where your proxy software runs (up to 2 addresses). Without that binding the proxy will not work in any format.
