How do I get a free proxy test?
Register in your dashboard and request a test, then message support. The test runs up to 2 hours, with no card required.
Can I get a refund?
A refund is possible within 30 minutes of purchase if you chose the wrong plan. The package is stopped and the funds return to your balance.
What format are the proxies delivered in?
Two formats: IP:PORT and IP:PORT:LOGIN:PASS. Download the list as a file or get a link right in your dashboard.
How often is the proxy list updated?
The list is updated about every 15 minutes.
How many proxies are online?
Usually from 7,000 to 15,000 working addresses per day.
Which proxy type do you provide?
SOCKS4 and SOCKS5 (we recommend SOCKS5), plus HTTP and HTTPS. Every plan includes IPv4 and SOCKS5 at no extra cost.
Is there country selection?
The pool is a worldwide mix of addresses. Filter by a specific country on your side using checkers.
What interval should I set in a checker?
In practice it works best to load and re-check a fresh list about every 15 minutes.
Is port 25 open?
Yes, the ports are open, including 25.
How do I set up the connection?
Everything is in your dashboard: after activation you get the list and authorize by login and password or by your IP.
Can I buy proxies one by one?
We give access to the pool in packages and do not sell single addresses. That is the point of a private rotating pool.
Is shared buying allowed?
No. Shared buying and resale without agreement are prohibited, and the bound IP gets blocked.
